The False Bottoms for our 26 Gallon Kettles are made out of laser cut 14 gauge 304 Stainless steel. They feature a stainless steel handle for inserting and removing from the kettle. They also have a separate stainless steel supporting ring that is easily removable for cleaning. Our new laser slotted false bottoms are much more efficient than perforated stainless and are so much easier to clean. They are identical to the false bottoms used in commercial brewing systems.
